Do I have to use WordPress to purchase this template?
Yes. This only works on self-hosted WordPress sites.
How long does it take to get this template installed on my site?
Usually I need 36 hours, however because you are my special new subscriber, I will do it in 48 hours. So 48 hours from the time you reply to the confirmation email with your hosting and domain name details etc.
What do I need to get started?
You will need a domain name and a hosting account through Bluehost (Recommended) Siteground, Hostgator or another provider you choose. If you choose to go with Bluehost, you get a free domain name with your hosting account. A great option if you don’t have a domain yet.
Do you offer refunds?
Once the template is installed on your site, it is non-refundable.
Is it easy to customise?
Yes! And you will have access to my training library which shows you how to do everything.
If I am not able to customise the template for some reason, are you able to do it for me?
Yes! I can definitely update the template for you with your branding colours, copy, and images. Just select the option from the drop-down menu when you purchase. If you want any other customisations or re-design to the Template Package check out my Custom Website Package.
